AKTU Prayagraj Exam Schedule Alteration Notification: In the academic session of 2024-25, the first phase of examinations for undergraduate and postgraduate odd-semester regular as well as carry-over subjects was initially scheduled. However, due to the ongoing grand spectacle of the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj, modifications in the examination timetable have been necessitated.
The congestion caused by the examinations could have severely disrupted traffic management, prompting the rescheduling of exam dates initially from January 27, 31, and February 1, 4, 2025, to February 8, 10, 14, and 15, 2025. Nevertheless, further alterations have been made to accommodate the evolving situation. This article aims to disseminate critical information regarding these changes.
AKTU Prayagraj Exam Rescheduling Due to Maha Kumbh
In response to requests from academic institutions situated within Prayagraj and Kaushambi, adjustments have been made to the previously set examination dates. Originally, examinations were to be conducted from February 8 to February 15, 2025. However, taking into account logistical and infrastructural constraints posed by the influx of devotees, the revised schedule now dictates that all exams will be held between February 14 and February 17, 2025.
Candidates enrolled in educational institutions within these regions should take note that this revision is exclusive to students undertaking their studies in Prayagraj and Kaushambi. The revised schedule is not applicable to other districts.
Changes in Examination Schedule for Prayagraj & Kaushambi
A significant notification has been released for students appearing for undergraduate and postgraduate examinations in Prayagraj and Kaushambi. Given the magnitude of the Maha Kumbh, a reorganization of examination dates was imperative. Consequently, all exams will now be conducted within the span of February 14 to February 17, 2025. महोदय,
उपरोक्त विषय के सम्बन्ध में कृपया विश्वविद्यालय के पत्रांक ए०के०टी०यू० / प०नि० का० / 2025/1526 दिनांक 25 जनवरी, 2025 का सन्दर्भ ग्रहण करने का कष्ट करें। उक्त पत्र के माध्यम से विश्वविद्यालय के शैक्षिक सत्र 2024-25 के विषम सेमेस्टर के स्नातक एवं परास्नातक पाठ्यक्रमो में दिनांक 27, 31 जनवरी तथा 01 एवं 04 फरवरी, 2025 की परीक्षाएं कुम्भ में भीड़ व यातायात प्रतिबन्धित होने के कारण दिनांक 08, 10, 14 एवं 15 फरवरी, 2025 को निर्धारित की गई थी। कतिपय संस्थानों द्वारा जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई गई है कि आज दिनांक 07.02.2025 से आगामी शाही स्नान (माघ पूर्णिमा दिनांक 12.02.2025) के दृष्टिगत जनपद प्रयागराज में यातायात प्रतिबन्धित किया गया है।
अतः संस्थानों के अनुरोध को स्वीकार करते हुए जनपद प्रयागराज एवं कौशाम्बी में दिनांक 08 फरवरी, 2025 से 15 फरवरी, 2025 को आयोजित होने वाले समस्त विषयों की लिखित परीक्षाओं को स्थगित करते हुए दिनांक 14, से 17 फरवरी, 2025 के मध्य आयोजित / सम्पन्न कराये जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है। जिसके परीक्षा कार्यक्रम की सूचना जल्द ही जारी की जाएगी।
ज्ञात हो कि उपरोक्त परीक्षा तिथियों में केवल जनपद प्रयागराज एवं कौशाम्बी के अध्ययनरत परीक्षार्थियों के लिए परिवर्तित किया गया है अन्य जनपदों में पूर्व की निर्धारित व्यवस्था/कार्यक्रम के अनुसार ही परीक्षा सम्पन्न कराई जाएगी।
अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि उक्त से अवगत होते हुए अपने संस्थान के अध्ययनरत छात्र/छात्राओं को सूचित करते हुए आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करें।
